PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES:
Main Purpose: To provide assistance and support to orphaned children worldwide.
Specific Objectives:
Provide medical care, healthcare, and supply food, shelter, and clothing to orphaned children.
Promote access to education and ensure learning opportunities for orphaned children.
Develop programs and projects to facilitate the social and psychological integration of orphaned children.
Collaborate with international organizations and charities to maximize the impact of the assistance provided.
ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE:
Board of Directors:
Responsibilities: The Board will be responsible for establishing strategies, making decisions, and overseeing the activities of the foundation.
President: A President of the Board of Directors will be appointed, who will be responsible for coordinating the activities of the foundation and representing it publicly.
Executive Director: An Executive Director will be designated, responsible for implementing policies and daily operations of the foundation.
FINANCING:
The foundation will be financed through donations, voluntary contributions, and funds raised from awareness campaigns and fundraising events.
Strict financial transparency will be maintained, and periodic financial statements will be prepared to demonstrate the appropriate and responsible use of resources.
Partnerships and Collaborations:
The foundation will seek to establish partnerships with other organizations, institutions, and governments to increase the effectiveness of activities and access additional resources.
Final Provisions:
Any amendments to the bylaws must be approved by the Board of Directors.
In the event of dissolution of the foundation, assets and resources will be transferred to another nonprofit organization with similar purposes.

The Foundation is called
“FONDAZIONE GRUPPO TERRA VERDE”.
Article 2
Subject matter
(1) The purpose of the company is:
– the activity of opening and managing a
Onlus Foundation;
The company’s areas of interest are as follows
- ONLUS FOUNDATION
- CLINICAL HOSPITALS
Article 3
Headquarters
The company is based in VIGEVANO (PV).
It may establish secondary offices, branches, or subsidiaries in Italy and/or abroad.
Article 4
Duration
The duration of the Foundation is fixed until
December 31, 2100.
Article 5
Domicile of members
The domicile of the members, with regard to
relations with the Foundation, is the one communicated in writing to the administrative body.
Article 6
Contributions
The contributions of the shareholders may relate to any asset element permitted by law. Shareholders may finance the company with interest-bearing or non-interest-bearing payments, capital or other securities.
